How To Love Yourself and Others "Properly"

I think it's probably easier to identify than a loving relationship is unfit to identify what a loving relationship "good" is. Physically, mentally or emotionally abusive relationships romantic relationships are inadequate. Incest romantic relationships are inadequate. Dating relationships that require a person to give all the time, while the other person gets all the time is insufficient loving relationship.

What is the definition of a "good" relationship of love and how do you "correctly" like? You love it when we love, honor, discipline and introduced himself, no matter what, despite the forces or other important people in your life who do not love, support, or you deal with so they should, or how you want or need.

There are many personal and social reasons why it is difficult for many people, especially women, to love properly. I think the main reason why it is difficult for many of us to love good is that at some point in our lives, in response to negative experiences and not of support we've had, we forget how "divine" grandiose than we really are. At some point, we begin to believe that the negative things people say about us. Or we spent a lot of time trying to prove our goodness and dignity for others, that we forget how to think for ourselves, set our own goals and reward our progress, rather than basing our self-esteem and self esteem revision or attention of others.

Negative parental behaviors and patterns are difficult to overcome because it is difficult to accept that the negative things about your parents and even more difficult to change negative patterns - but you can do. First, we must recognize the model or negative pattern, then you must consciously work on replacing the model or negative pattern with a positive role model or pattern.
